LinkValu.com, a national leader in Internet marketing is seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist to implement and manage SEM campaigns across major search engines. This position requires being well versed in Paid Search (PPC) with basic knowledge of organic search (SEO) strategies. The successful candidate will drive traffic and orders at a cost effective ROI.

• Drive profitable customer acquisition from paid and organic listings at search engines
• Actively manage campaign success through intelligent bidding strategies and effective key word management on Paid Search engines
• Analyze and report to senior management on campaign performance
• Develop projections and work to meet quarterly and annual ROI and revenue goals
• Evaluate PPC bid prices for maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
• Manage Organic Search (SEO) projects, employing methods including alt tag tuning, directory submission, URL and page content optimization

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of SEM experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Understanding of marketing measurement methods
• Experienced in successful SEM strategy and implementation
• Experience managing Google and Yahoo Paid Search accounts
• Google Adwords Professional or Yahoo Search marketing certification a plus but not required
• Some knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies and motivated to research and keep up with ever-changing SEM standards
• Proficient with SEM reporting/analytical tools, Word and Excel
