Title: Account Manager

Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Mission Viejo, CA (Orange County)

LinkValu is a leading Internet media company specializing in "Direct-to-Consumer" offers in the Financial Services vertical. Our performance-based affiliate network brings consumers and advertisers together through major online channels including web display, search engine marketing, and email marketing.

We are seeking an energetic, team player to join our team as an Account Manager. This position is responsible for building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with our affiliate partners and managing them on a day-to-day basis. You must be self-motivated, detail focused and account service oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
  • Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers and affiliates
  • Understand LinkValu products and services, benefits, positioning and competitive advantages
  • Maintain client details through CRM, ensuring accurate and up to date client information
  • Review weekly and monthly sales production reports with partners
  • Actively consult with marketing partners on an ongoing basis to exceed their revenue objectives
  • Responding to partner requests, questions, special projects and sending reports
  • Monitor affiliate websites to ensure compliance with program requirements
  • Support team and corporate goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years sales and/or account management experience
  • Internet marketing experience preferred
  • Be tech-savvy and adjust to new applications quickly
  • Solid computer skills and highly proficient with MS Excel
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills

Must be legally eligible for work in USA and CA.
No relocation - Must be Orange County Resident.
