We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute direct marketing programs to continue our rapid growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a well rounded marketer, with a strong background in direct response, lead generation and is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
- Develop marketing plan for new products and campaigns
- Manage and execute offline programs including direct mail and tradeshows
- Utilize online marketing tactics including email, search and display to generate leads
- Accurate and timely execution of assigned campaigns
- Maintain detailed reporting on all direct marketing efforts
- Provide weekly updates on key metrics, ROI, and key trends for marketing programs
- Provide input and cost information to aid in the development of the annual direct marketing and expense budget for specified marketing programs
- Coordination of all direct marketing activities to our existing customers
- Design and manage customer segmentation strategy for cross-sell opportunities
- Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years of online/offline marketing experience
- Ability to initiate and lead projects
- Solid computer skills and highly proficient with MS Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Ability to think strategically while managing the details
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and prioritization skills
