LinkValu.com, a national leader in Internet Marketing is seeking an energetic, solutions-oriented, Web Developer to join its Technology team. LinkValu is a rapidly growing organization founded and managed by long term veterans of the Internet Marketing industry.
Work as an active team participant in a fast paced environment on web development projects. Participate in the project life cycle of applications including planning, designing, and documenting of web applications using ASP, HTML and other accepted standards. Maintain and ensure code compliance with all company security and best practice standards. Work directly and indirectly with marketing department.
- Site design and navigation implementation
- Implementation of predetermined logic and flow
- Adding static/dynamic content to new/existing sites
- ASP/HTML page maintenance
- Report writing
- Marketing email construction
Required
- Associates degree in Computer Science or 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years experience with hand coded HTML
- 2+ years experience with ASP/VBSCRIPT
- 1+ years experience with SQL DB integration
- Familiarity with CSS, XML, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Desired
- Experience with Photoshop and/or ImageReady
- Ongoing self-training on emerging Internet technologies
- E-commerce or Internet based sales experience
