1. Who Can Enter: Any legal resident of the U.S. or Canada, age 18 or older by June 15, 2009.
2. How to Enter: Any publisher who signs up as a new affiliate with LinkValu and becomes active within the first two weeks is eligible for cash bonuses.
3. Affiliate Challenge Dates: April 21, 2009 through June 30, 2009.

Qualification for the LinkValu Affiliate Activation Bonus is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Sign up as a new affiliate with LinkValu between April 21st and June 15th, 2009
- Become an active partner within two weeks of sign up.
- Earn a minimum of $500.00 by the end of the promotion period (June 30, 2009) and you will be awarded a cash bonus for leads produced.
During the term of the program, you will receive cash bonuses as specified in the table below. To be eligible, your minimum total earnings by June 30, 2009 must be $500.00.

5. E-mail Up-dates: During the term of the Affiliate Activation Bonus, LinkValu will periodically send email to participating New Affiliate Sign Ups. The email will specify for each such Affiliate the earnings to date as they relate to the program, and projected bonus. Such information will be determined solely by LinkValu, which determination will be final. Affiliate traffic based on fraud or otherwise improper conduct will be excluded in calculating monthly earnings.
6. Notification of Bonus: LinkValu will determine the results of the Affiliate Activation Bonus program for the cash bonus within five (5) business days following the end of the month of June 2009. The award of the cash bonus will be sent out to the winners within about fifteen (15) days after the end of the month June 2009.
7. Limits of Liability: LinkValu assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms, whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. LinkValu assumes no liability for technical or computer malfunctions of any kind.
8. Change to Rules: These Official Affiliate Activation Bonus Rules are subject to change up to the conclusion of the Affiliate Activation Bonus. Participants should review the Official Rules periodically. LinkValu may cancel or conclude the Activation Bonus program at any time.
9. Bonus Recipients Responsibilities: Bonus Recipients are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. By participating in this Activation Bonus, all participates are deemed to have read these Official Rules and agree to them.
10. Top Performing New Affiliate Publicity: Top Performing New Affiliate Publicity: LinkValu may wish to publish the name, company, and location (city/state) of top performing new affiliates, along with a photograph and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide. By participating in the Affiliate Activation Bonus, you grant permission and authorize LinkValu to publish your information without the need of any further release or authorization.
